We have not finalised our numbers, can I ammend my order once placed?

Small changes to numbers and substitutions can be made up to 6 weeks before your wedding day. The total amount can only be decreased by a maximum of 10% of your booking value. This is due to the fact that we may have been able to accept further bookings if the amount of time allocated to your booking was originally less than that shown on the booking confirmation.

Our arches, blossom canopy trees and giant LOVE letters are unable to be cancelled once ordered, as we only have one set of each and could have turned down other potential bookings for these. If you’re unsure if you would like one of these items we can mark it down as a TBC until you have decided.

Our aim is to offer a flexible service and make it as easy as possible for you to plan your wedding, so you can add hire items to your order as and when you’ve made decisions, subject to availability. The important thing is getting the date reserved for you.
